What a great honor for us to be a part of your extended familly
Thanks for your kind words of encouragement. As you said, sensei Herb is a great addition to the club, i listen to him and try to give him as much time as possible. I, and my students, are learning so many new things it is hard to keeep up and remember most if it!! lol
You are all most welcome here as well, if you need a place to stay, we have room here

Congratulations on your website and welcome to the IKOK-C. Sensei Herb was my first instructor in Vernon BC and I trained with him until I moved to Calgary 10 years ago. As I am sure you are already aware he is not only an amazing karateka, but also is extremely gifted when it comes to teaching Kyokushin Karate at all levels. I wish you, Sensei Herb and your students the best in 2009 and I look forward to meeting you sometime soon. Please know the door at our dojo is always open for you and your students Osu! Congratulations on a very successful website. I echo Shihan Donald's comments, and am grateful to have had the opportunity to train under the instructions of Sensei Herb. I am currently training with Shihan Stuart Corrigal in Richmojnd, BC. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere wish to you and your students for a very prosperous and successful New Year. I am looking forward to someday visiting and training with you and Sensei Herb in the Maritime.

Welcome to the IKOK(C)! You are fortunate to have Sensei Herb training at your dojo. He is well rounded in his kyokushin knowledge and will certainly contribute to the knowledge of your students.
I look forward to being able to get to Dartmouth in the future to train with you at your dojo and to see Herb again.
Please keep me informed as to any camps, tournaments, etc that you might be having.

Osu, I found you guys on karateforums and just thought i'd drop by...i train in amrstrong B.C. with sensei Larry Robinson....i beleive he trained with sensei Herb way back when. Good luck in all your training sensei! Osu!

The new season gets under way on Tuesday, September 8, 2009. The teaching staff is excited and looking forward to getting back into the swing of training.
New students are reminded that progress in class is directly proportional to the amount of time and effort you put into your training. All the instructors ask of you in any task is that you try your best. We are confident that with the effort you put forth and the instruction we give you will adequately learn to defend yourself, improve your fitness and stamina levels and make a lot of new friends.
